Carmax referred me to the east coast and they have been nothing but professional and honest with me from the moment I talk to them. They did exactly what they said they would but the best thing I loved about east coast, the keep me informed all the way of my journey in fixing my audi. Jason was professional all the time and a pleasure to talk to. I will be back with any issues i have with my audi. Don't want anyone else to touch my car..

I had a great experience at Euro Coast Euro Werks a few years ago, so I returned when I needed a few significant repairs and maintenance recently. The professionalism and ability to understand my concerns and accurately diagnose my car was outstanding. I'm very pleased with the outcome of the repair work done, and at what I considered a reasonable price vs the dealer. I also appreciated the good communication while my car was in the shop, and the followup contact to make sure I was pleased with the work done. Thank you!
